What does Cachetto do for a credentialing organization?
It runs the whole certificant journey on one record: eligibility and applications, exam eligibility and results, the credentials you issue, and recertification with continuing-education tracking. Each credential also gets a public verification page so employers and the public can confirm it without contacting your office.
We already have a system. Is switching worth it?
Most credentialing organizations we talk to are stitching applications, exams, renewals, and payments across tools that don't share a record. Cachetto puts them on one, and migrates your data and configures the platform to the programs you run today, so replacing what you have doesn't mean starting over.
How does recertification and CE tracking work?
Continuing-education credits accrue against each certificant's record, and recertification cycles run on a schedule with reminders and a clean audit trail, so a renewal doesn't lapse because nobody sent the notice.
Can candidates and certificants do more themselves?
Yes. A self-service portal lets people apply, pay, renew, and download their credential without emailing your staff, which is how the work scales as your program grows.
What is it built on?
Cachetto runs on Microsoft Power Platform, so your certification data lives somewhere your own staff can reach directly, with Microsoft tools your organization may already license for reporting and automation. Do you also handle membership?
Yes. Many credentialing organizations carry a membership component, and Cachetto covers dues, renewals, chapters, and member types on the same record as certification, so the two never fall out of sync. At the conference we lead with certification because that's the room, but the platform does both.
