By accessing or using any services provided by Cachetto Technologies (“Cachetto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at cachetto.com and any SMS/text messaging communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cachetto provides technology consulting services including Power Platform development, Dynamics 365 implementation, Azure DevOps, and related software engineering services. Specific engagement terms are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work entered into with each client.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Cachetto by texting any message to 1-888-833-9586. By initiating contact via text, you consent to receive replies and follow-up messages related to your inquiry or support case. You may also opt in by texting START to the same number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in direct response to your inquiries or to provide updates on active support cases. We do not send unsolicited or scheduled bulk messages. Overall program volume is low, typically fewer than 10 messages per customer per month.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and service plan. Cachetto does not charge for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Cachetto at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: “You have been unsubscribed from Cachetto SMS. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.” No additional messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

This SMS program is supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.

All content on the Cachetto website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cachetto Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cachetto does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cachetto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or SMS communications, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.
